In the shrine of his blazing breast, an evening of readings from the works of, and works inspired by Dylan Thomas was held at Tenby Museum on 9 August and was a great success.
The readers – Sue Crockford, Laurie Dale, Harry Gardiner, John Harry and Teifion Powell – all gave wonderful renditions of both familiar and less familiar pieces. The excellent narration was provided by Andrew Davies. The works were compiled by Mark Lewis, Collections Manager at Tenby Museum who also wrote the narration.
The museum is panning to put on a similar event in the not too distant future.
