Yesterday (Thursday 25 February) the museum was visited by Angela Burns AM, Conservative Welsh Assembly Member for Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire.

She was given a guided tour of the museum by three trustees, Mike Brew, Kathy Talbot and John Ross and was impressed with the museum, being very complementary about the visit. She felt that the museum is a wonderfully stimulating and entertaining place for children to visit and said she would make a return visit with her own children. She later tweeted, “really enjoyed todays visit. Although A&G John (Augustus & Gwen) paintings are wonderful, I liked the sculptures. My Children would love the Pirates!”
